Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, family reunion or business lunch or dinner, we will create the perfect atmosphere for your special event. Rates for reserving the private dining rooms and parlors are as follows:


  • Parlor I: $200
  • Parlor II: $200
  • Both Parlors: $350
  • Each parlor accommodates up to 15 guests or 40 in both parlors

  • Main Dining I: $250
    • This section can accommodate 20 to 26 guests
  • Main Dining II: $200
    • This section can accommodate 15 to 18 guests
  • Both Main Dining Areas: $200

  • The Patio: $250
    • The patio accommodates 18 to 25 guests

  • Rent the entire facility (parlors, dining rooms, patio, lounge): $1,000
    • The restaurant will be closed to the public for your event.


La Rue 123at the Bailiwick Inn is located in the middle of Fairfax City directly across from the historic Fairfax Courthouse. We offer a unique and unmatched setting for your special event from business and rehearsal dinners in the parlors to birthday parties, specialty teas, and wedding ceremonies & receptions. We can accommodate groups of 15-40 in the parlors and weddings and receptions for up to 100. We will assist you in choosing a special menu for your event and our expert planners will ensure that you and your guests will have only the fondest memories of your event at La Rue 123.

Once you've booked your special event owner Huseyin Kansu and our Chef will host a tasting dinner to assist you in choosing your menu and wines.
